Guest and booking info

We collect the details needed to process tickets, table requests, confirmations, support, and venue operations.

Attribution and analytics

We track source site, referral, campaign, and device signals so we can understand which channels drive real bookings.

Payments through providers

Card data is handled by payment processors such as Stripe. TheParty.app does not store full card numbers.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, country code, and billing address.
  • Booking details such as event, venue, ticket tier, quantity, order total, promo code, reservation date, table preference, minimum spend, party size, and guest split.
  • Client and operator history such as inquiries, reservations, payments, ticket scans, staff notes, source site, and follow-up activity.
  • Technical and attribution data such as IP-derived region, browser, device, landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID, and other ad or analytics identifiers.
  • Messages you send through forms, email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or other support channels connected to TheParty.app.

How We Use Information

  • Process ticket orders, VIP table inquiries, reservations, confirmations, customer support, check-in, scanning, and venue coordination.
  • Connect client history across TheParty.app and related specialty sites so guests, promoters, managers, and staff can serve repeat customers better.
  • Measure SEO, ads, AI referrals, social campaigns, affiliate links, and partner performance.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, checkout issues, duplicate bookings, chargeback risk, and security problems.
  • Send transactional messages and, where allowed, relevant marketing or follow-up messages with opt-out options.
  • Improve site speed, product design, search quality, event recommendations, reporting, and venue operations.

Payments

  • Payment details are processed by payment providers such as Stripe.
  • We may store payment status, order ID, transaction ID, last four digits, card brand, refund status, and related metadata.
  • We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on TheParty.app servers.

Cookies, Analytics, And Advertising

  • We use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tags, and similar technologies to keep sessions working, remember attribution, measure performance, and improve advertising.

  • With venues, event partners, promoters, managers, and staff when needed to fulfill tickets, table requests, guest lists, reservations, support, and door operations.

Retention, Age, And Security

  • TheParty.app is intended for adults 21 and older in nightlife contexts. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
