These terms apply when you use TheParty.app for nightlife discovery, ticket checkout, VIP table requests, reservations, attribution, and related venue or operator services.

Venue entry remains subject to ID checks, dress code, capacity, security, and door discretion.

Tickets and VIP requests

Tickets may be native or partner checkout. VIP requests are not confirmed until approved.

Refund policy included

The refund and cancellation rules are included in these terms for checkout clarity.

Who Can Use TheParty.app

  • TheParty.app is intended for adults 21 and older in nightlife contexts.
  • You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, guest, and booking information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your order, ticket, reservation, and account details secure.

Tickets And Checkout

  • Some events may sell tickets through TheParty.app checkout. Other events may link to a partner, promoter, venue, or third-party checkout.
  • Ticket availability, tiers, pricing, fees, taxes, and promo codes may change at any time before purchase is complete.
  • A ticket purchase is not complete until payment is approved and an order confirmation is issued.
  • Tickets may be scanned, validated, canceled, or refused if they are duplicated, altered, refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently, or otherwise invalid.

VIP Table Requests And Reservations

  • A VIP table inquiry is a request, not a confirmed reservation, until the venue or authorized representative confirms it in writing.
  • Table minimums, sections, guest count limits, arrival windows, bottle requirements, deposits, service charges, taxes, and availability can change.
  • TheParty.app may route your request to venue staff, managers, promoters, or operators so the booking can be handled.
  • No table, section, location, or admission is guaranteed until all required confirmation steps are complete.

Venue Rules And Entry

  • All entry is subject to venue policy, age verification, ID requirements, dress code, capacity, security, law, and door discretion.
  • Artist, talent, DJ, event name, date, hours, venue, format, and lineup details may change.
  • Late arrival, failure to follow dress code, intoxication, disruptive behavior, invalid ID, or venue capacity may result in denied entry without a guaranteed refund.

Refunds, Cancellations, And Disputes

  • Unless a specific event page or checkout path says otherwise, ticket sales are generally final after purchase.
  • Refunds may be issued when an event is canceled, when required by law, or when TheParty.app or the applicable venue approves an exception.
  • Service fees, platform fees, processing fees, and partial changes may not be refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
  • If you believe there is an issue with a charge, contact us first so we can investigate before any payment dispute or chargeback.

Promos, Attribution, And Offers

  • Promo codes, affiliate links, partner links, and campaign offers may have eligibility rules, time limits, venue limits, event limits, and usage limits.
  • TheParty.app may record source, campaign, click ID, referrer, and booking path details for attribution, reporting, fraud prevention, and operational analytics.
  • We may reject, reverse, or adjust any promo, order, booking, payout, or attribution credit that appears duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, or technically incorrect.

Third-Party Sites And Services

  • TheParty.app may link to specialty sites, venue sites, promoter links, payment processors, maps, social platforms, and other third-party services.
  • Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, rules, and support processes.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, outages, errors, pricing, or decisions unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse checkout, forms, promo codes, ticket QR codes, attribution links, admin tools, venue data, or client information.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, spam, fraud, impersonation, or interference with TheParty.app or related sites.
  • We may restrict, cancel, suspend, or refuse access, orders, inquiries, reservations, or accounts when needed to protect users, venues, partners, or the platform.
