For an order, send the order number and the email you used at checkout. Refunds and cancellations follow the Refunds section of our Terms of Service.

Sent a VIP table request? We'll get back to you soon. To change it, reply to your confirmation email or write to support@theparty.app with the venue, date and party size.
Event and venue information
See something wrong in a listing, like a date, time, price or lineup? Send us the page link and what needs fixing.
The Party App in ChatGPT
Our ChatGPT app finds events and venues and links you to our pages. It doesn't buy tickets or book tables, and you don't need an account to use it. For help with it, email support@theparty.app. What it receives is explained in the AI assistants section of our Privacy Policy.
